I would file a complaint with the NHTSA if the dealer doesn’t want to fix your vehicle.

It has been 3 and a 1/2 months that I have been trying to get this recall done on my Dart. I was told that it would be done in late August. It is now half way through September and I am still being told the part is not available at my local dealership. They can not even tell me when they will have the part.
Do these parts exist anywhere? Is there a list of places that have the parts where the recall can be done? I need someone to contact me this is insane to notify people that their car is no longer safe and then refuse to fix it.
