This bulletin involves replacing the rear brake pads.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Rear brakes squeal when braking, most noticeable with light brake pedal application.
DIAGNOSIS:
If the vehicle operator describes the Symptom/Condition perform the Repair Procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
NOTE: **Do not use the old stainless steel shims. Discard shims.**
- Use the procedures outlined in TechCONNECT: SERVICE INFO tab /5 Brakes/Hydraulic – Mechanical/Brake Pads – Shoes/Removal and Installation, to replace the rear brake pads.
POLICY:
Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.
