- ★【Special machine for removing carbon deposits】HTS558 fuel system cleaning tool is a special machine for cleaning the carbon deposits on the intake pipe and the back of the intake valve of the automobile engine, which can deeply remove the high-viscosity carbon deposits on the intake manifold and intake and exhaust valves. After cleaning, the engine can be kept in a healthy state and ensure the efficient operation of the engine.
- ★【Simultaneous injection and recovery】 special machine for cleaning the back of the engine intake pipe and intake valve. After closing the intake valve, the walnut sand is sprayed into the engine air intake through the air pump (not included), and the HTS558 recovers the walnut sand through vacuum. Because these two operations form a closed loop, walnut powder will affect the carbon deposition on the inner wall of the intake pipe.
- ★【Why choose walnut sand cleaning】 Carbon deposits will reduce the air-fuel ratio, reduce engine output, increase fuel consumption, and cause great damage to the engine. When the combustion in the engine is not sufficient, some hydrocarbon olefin residues will adhere to the engine intake port and cylinder, and the residues on the engine intake port and cylinder will become carbon deposits under the action of high temperature.
- ★【High-quality material to avoid damage to the machine】 The walnut sand used in HTS558 is a pure natural polishing material. It shows high performance in terms of hardness, compression resistance and wear resistance. Chemical cleaners can corrode the lines and shorten the life of the engine. Cleaning the engine with walnut sand can not only clean the intake pipe and intake valve thoroughly, but also will not cause damage to the engine.
- ★【Ultra-high efficiency】 HTS558 can clean one intake pipe at a time, and the cleaning time of one intake pipe is about 1-3 minutes (the specific time depends on the degree of accumulation of carbon deposits), and the six-cylinder engine needs to be cleaned 6 times once (this And so on), very efficient and practical.
- It guarantees the functional performance of the moving parts and reduces fuel consumption.
- Increases the reliability of diesel-powered engines
- For cleaning the entire intake system.
- Kit Includes 6 Aerosol Cans with Hose Assemblies, 3 Reusable Application Accessories Kits, and 2 Full-Color, Dual-Language Instruction Sheets In English and Spanish
- Formulated for Use in All Fuel-Injected Gasoline Engines
- Cleans Combustion Chambers and ALL Types of Intake Valves Including: PFI, TBI, and GDI Engines
- Safe for Use On Catalytic Converters and Oxygen Sensors
- NOT For Use In Diesel Engines
- 【Why Do You Need It?】Carbon deposits are residues produced by incomplete combustion of unsaturated olefins and colloids in engine oil and fuel at high temperatures during engine operation. Scorched substances, called "carbon deposits", what happens to the engine after severe carbon deposits? 1. The engine is difficult to start cold and shakes at idle speed. 2. The power of the engine decreases, and it is difficult to accelerate. 3. The fuel consumption of the engine increases. 4. The emission of exhaust pollutants increases.
- 【Integrated Design】Walnut sand can be sprayed and recycled simultaneously. Built-in dust filter can separate the recovered walnut sand grit from carbon deposits for recycling. Walnut sand residual in intake pipe will go to ashes at high temperature after engine cranking to avoid damaging automotive exhaust systems & parts.
- 【Safe and Efficient】The raw material of walnut sand is walnut shell. After the walnut shell is crushed, it is made through strict screening and classification and multi-process refining. It has the advantages of high hardness, high pressure resistance, wear resistance, etc. It has the ability of adsorption and interception, is not corrosive, non-toxic, and has low solubility in acid, alkali and water. Walnut shell is an organic and natural tumbler material, not a chemical material. Using it as abrasive will not damage the surface of the workpiece. Walnut powder hardness was lower than metal but higher than carbon deposition. The effect is very obvious.
- 【How To Use?】Shut down the engine before cleaning, then turn the crankshaft to close the intake valve. AUTOOL HTS678 Clean one intake pipe each time, 6 cylinder engines should be cleaned 6 times one by one (and so on), Walnut powder not include in package, please get it in local market
- 【Adapters for Various Models】The AUTOOL HTS678 Walnut Sand De-Carbon Cleaner is equipped with connectors suitable for various models. There are many types of connectors with round, oval, rectangular, square, etc. with rich interfaces, including Volvo, BMW, Audi, Mercedes Benz, etc.it is a leading auto carbon deposition cleaning expert and an ideal choice for carbon deposition cleaning.
