Incorrect Engine Mount Isolator Installed On 3.0L Diesel Engine
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves replacing the right and left side engine mount isolators.
MODELS:

NOTE: This bulletin applies to vehicles built on or after April 21, 2015 (MDH 0421XX) and on or before April 25, 2015 (MDH 0425XX) equipped with 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel Engine (sales code EXF).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Incorrect dampening rate engine mount isolators may have been installed on the vehicle which may cause one or more of the following symptoms:
- Shake and/or vibration at idle felt in the steering wheel and seat track.
- Road surface input shake felt in the steering wheel and seat track.
- Boom like low frequency noise at idle.
DIAGNOSIS:
If a customer’s VIN is listed in VIP or your RRT VIN list, perform the repair.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
Replace the left and right side engine mount isolators. Refer to the detailed service procedures available in DealerCONNECT> TechCONNECT under: Service Info> 09 Engine, 3.0L Turbo Diesel> Engine Mounting> INSULATOR, Engine Mount, Left/Right> Removal/Installation.
POLICY:
Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.
