This bulletin involves replacing the door latch cable assembly.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The outside door handle cable grommet does not seal effectively for water.
DIAGNOSIS:
If a customer’s VIN is listed in VIP or your RRT VIN list, perform the Repair Procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
Replace the door latch cable assemblies on all four doors. Refer to the detailed service procedures available in DealerCONNECT> TechCONNECT under: Service Info> 23 Body> Door – Front> LATCH, Door> Removal/Installation and 23 – Body> Doors – Rear> DOOR, Rear> Disassembly/Assembly.
